Garrett was born and raised in Miami and received his Associates degree from Florida Atlantic University. He then made the move all the way to Los Angeles where he attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He quickly found himself in the world of trade-shows and promotions and has been interested in every aspect of the industry.
